Thank you Haven Doniford Bay
Just got back from a weekend away at Doniford Bay. My partner and I had not not had a caravan holiday but just wanted a few days away. Really good welcome and a lovely clean, well equipped and warm caravan. We have had a fabulous time finding fossils on Helwell Bay plus walking to St Audrie’s Waterfall and along the beach at low tide. Spectacular scenery. Today we walked from Blue Anchor to Dunster Beach. Exceptional value for money holiday and the fish and chips onsite were really good. We will be booking to come again. Thank you Haven for a special weekend. 😊
Just got back from a weeks stay , we were welcomed by very friendly staff at the gate and given all the information as to where we were staying. Our home for the week was very clean and tidy and had been left as we were told. The only thing that let it down was the double bed ! I paid for a grocery pack and must say well worth the £30. The staff made all the difference on a very wet and windy week, I hope when life gets back to normal more things will re open.
Me and my husband have been Mè We have been coming here since 2012 and love it. It is situated in a lovely area with the beach on your doorstep. We stayed in a platinum caravan with decking which was clean and comfortable. I always hope to be allocated one with a sea view but we haven't been lucky enough as of yet. I can't understand the negative views of the beach it does say on the website that it isn't a sandy beach. It is lovely walking along the beach into watchet. We always have a warm welcome from the man on the security gate every time we visit he seems to know our faces now as we are regulars. We don't use the facilities as we come just for a relaxing break. We were due to come in may but had to cancel because i was having treatment for cancer. We have booked again for next May for 2 weeks this time as my husband will be 50. Is there anyway you can book a caravan with a sea view down the front or in otters lake??
