Review

Myself and my Daughter arrived on Monday 14th October 2019, to a lovely welcome by security and then the reception staff at the park. The last time we came here was back in 2013, and we had a brilliant time then, and my daughter always wanted to come back.

The reception area was done out in a Halloween theme, it was nice that they were embracing halloween, as I love halloween. We were there for four nights and three days. The caravan was upgrade on arrival to a Deluxe, as we originally booked a new standard caravan to stay in, so this was a lovely surprise. The people and staff at Doniford Bay have always been friendly and kind, and there was no disappointments. The swimming pool was warm and clean, and the changing rooms were also clean. The pool is a decent size with an indoor slide, and it also has an outdoor slide with four lanes and an outdoor pool.

The caravan was clean and very spacious. They even have a boost heat button, for the central heating, which once you press the button it gives out loads of heat within fives minutes. The beach was literally two minutes from our caravan, which was brilliant. There is a brook and you can even go down to the sea. The park is always clean and tidy and if you need any help there is always someone available. The Cafe food was really good, we had a shared platter one day, fish n chips another day. We also had lunch after we came back from swimming. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. There were shows on while we were there, and the kids loved it. Everyone at Doniford Bay looked happy and seemed to be having loads of fun, there were still quite a few families around. The mini market supplied lactose free milk, as my daughter is lactose intolerant. The price for items in the shop was not expensive even for big families, the rock was cheap, and was the best tasting rock I have ever had, and I have had loads of rock over the years lol. We are going back there next year. Was a fun break. And we both loved every minute of it.
